Free Edition

RareLogic Free provides capacity for 50,000 events and includes 3 business day turn around email support. If you exceed more than 50,000 events you can upgrade to a Standard or Premium account or trim you data to remain within the Free Edition.

Standard Edition

RareLogic Standard costs $24.00 per month per 1,000,000 events. Standard Support is included. Should you need additional capacity it is available at the unit price of $24.00 per million events per month.

Predictable Price

You can set a capacity limit. This allows you to fix the amount of data you want managed by RareLogic to create a predictable bill. If you exceed this limit we will give you the option of adding more capacity or trimming your data.

No Hidden or Front-loaded Pricing

We charge a flat rate unit rate on sets of 1,000,000 events according to which edition you select. No front-loaded or sloped pricing and no hidden “account” or “processing” costs. Discounts are available for high volume customers (contact sales@rarelogic.com for volume pricing).

What is an Event?

An event recorded when a customer interacts with something that has been instrumented. The event may contain multiple descriptive attributes and a time stamp. Events are attributed to the customers that cause them.

Standard Support

Standard support is included with every RareLogic account including trial accounts. This provides you email access to RareLogic support agents with less 2 business day or less response time (we will always try to be as quick as possible).

Priority Support

Priority support includes expedited email with 1 business day response time and phone access from 9:00-17:00h Monday through Friday. Priority is priced at $120.00 per month.
